It is a national series of regional events organised by ARSC, the Romanian Smart City Association. The 2026 edition is dedicated to "The Energy Transition of Local Communities". It brings together local and county administrations, institutions, funders and energy companies for practical information and the exchange of good practice.
The energy transition of local communities - from funding to implementation. The core of the edition: how administrations turn funding they have secured into an energy project that is implemented properly.
Topics covered: energy efficiency in public buildings, smart street lighting, renewable energy for local administrative units (solar PV, prosumers), storage and energy management, electric mobility, energy digitalisation, energy efficiency in local utilities (including water and sewerage - pumping, treatment and wastewater stations) and integrated solutions.
