How a Caravana Smart City 2026 day runs: opening, two practical panels, two integrated demos, case studies and a networking lunch. The same format at all five events.
The programme is built to give public administrations and industry as much time as possible for real dialogue. No long product presentations, no string of pitches - the focus stays on the project.
Registration, coffee, conversations between public administrations and partners.
ARSC, the local host, an institutional partner. A short message: from funding to implementation.
Funding, administration and local energy projects: what needs to be clear before the tender is launched. The host mayor or county council president, a representative of a central institution / funder / ADR (Regional Development Agency) / AFM (the Environment Fund Administration), a mayor with a relevant signed project, the main partner, an ARSC expert.
"Anatomy of a smart energy project - what a city hall needs to know before the tender is launched." A project's path: audit, consumption analysis, choice of solution, data integration, minimum requirements for the tender specifications.
Solutions, technologies and implementation models for energy-efficient administrations. Partner talks (3 × 7 min), response from the administration (10 min), moderated discussion (15 min), conclusions - 5 recommendations for local administrative units before procurement.
A second technical demo, run by another partner. The same structure as Demo 1, applied to a different solution: from the administration's specific need to implementation, integration with existing data and minimum requirements for the tender specifications.
3 talks of 8-10 minutes each: administration + supplier / a real project.
ARSC summary, an invitation to public administrations to continue the technical dialogue and to partners to get involved in the series.
A key moment for conversations between partners and public administrations.
